Refund policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item arrives damaged.
• The wrong product is received.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Customized or personalized products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Minor variations in color or texture caused by the 3D printing process

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• The product
• The packaging
• The shipping label
